Aleksei is a curator and writer who lives and works in Minsk, Belarus and Vienna, Austria. He co-founded Kalektar (http://kalektar.org) and he is a member of the artistic-research group Problem Collective and the WORK HARD! PLAY HARD! working group. His current research focus is the history of art strikes, student protests and exhibitions in the 1980-1990-s in Minsk, Belarus.
