Free Home is happy to announce a new session that will inaugurated on April 25th, Festa della LIberazione, the day in which Italians celebrate the victory over nazi-fascism. In continuity with our exploration of new forms of fascisms and practices of antifascism, with this session we will embrace the pedagogies of Resistance as they have emerged in poetry, translation, and the rich international tradition of partisan songs. In times in which our collectivity is spread thin by a regime of isolation, popular music and partisanship can bring us back and stronger, together. The Spring Session is  led by Arkadiy Kots Band - a rock-n-learn formation of intellectuals, musicians and political activists, put together by Kirill Medvedev, poet and translator and sociologist Oleg Zhuravlev, and artist antifascist Nikolay Oleynikov 10 years ago in Moscow, with a number of guests musicians and singers form Italy, Spain, Greece, former Soviet Union and ex-Jugoslavia.

We are proud to launch the session during the online one-day festival Terra e Resistenza organized by our long term comrades from Casa delle Agriculture.
